My Story
Meditation has changed my life!
I was first introduced to meditation through martial arts as a young teenager, long before meditation was as popular as it is now. More important than the certifications I hold, are the benefits that I have received from a daily meditation practice. Meditation has increased my focus so much that I was able to stop taking prescribed ADHD medication after decades of use.
I’ve learned to truly become a friend to myself, communicate with myself and others. Learning to be mindful has trained my attention to be able to choose to respond vs react to others and be present in every situation. Meditation has played a significant role in my mental health and well being, bringing a balance that has allow me to live a more happy and peaceful life.
As a perpetual student of life and meditation, I look forward to learning more and to help others live better lives.
